a. Our jewelry products are described and displayed as accurately as possible on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content on our website are 100% accurate, complete, current, or error-free. All pieces are handmade and subject to subtle differences.
b. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
a. All prices for our products are listed in $USD and are subject to change without notice.
b. Payment for products purchased on our website is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment by Credit Card or Apple Pay. To pay by check, contact us ahead of purchasing through the available contact form.
c. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. We offer shipping to all states in the United States of America. Shipping costs, taxes and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
b. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
c. Once a product has been shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the product during transit.
5. Return Policy
a. At Petra Class Studio, we strive to provide you with handmade pieces of the highest quality. Due to the individuality of our pieces and the made-to-order production process, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Should you receive 1) the wrong piece or 2) a piece that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package to initiate a replacement.
b. Once a replacement request is initiated, we will send you a return label to ship the incorrect or damaged item back to us. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and repair it or ship you the required replacement. Please allow the normal allotted production and shipping time of 2 weeks for any replacements.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content included on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Petra Class Studio and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content on our website without the prior written consent of Petra Class Studio.
