Do you have an idea for a piece that you haven’t seen on our site, but think could work with our style? Do you have an existing piece or stone with sentimental value that you would like to transform? Do you have a vague concept in mind and want to further shape your idea with us? Fill out our quick questionnaire to get started!
Step 2: Schedule a chat with one of the designers
Once we’ve received your inquiry, we can schedule an in-person meeting, video or phone call to further discuss your idea. We’ll work through any questions, discuss your budget and help you visualize your piece.
Step 3: Wait for your quote and lead time
Within a few days of our initial chat, we’ll get back to you with an estimated price quote and approximate turnaround time. We’ll be available throughout the process to talk through any tweaks or adjustments. Depending on the scope of the project, our typical turnaround for a custom piece is 3-4 weeks. For custom pieces we also require a 50% deposit upon confirmation.
